Whilst doing research for a client project today, it has come to my attention to that on my current income, I will not be able to borrow more than $200,000 for a 15 year loan from at least 2 of the major banks. With median house prices between $400,000 and $500,000 it appears that I will not be buying a new house anytime soon.
Thankfully, despite being born and raised in Australia, my Asian heritage allows for me to continue to live at home and leech off of my parents for all of eternity without it being frowned upon :)

Right Hand Lane Madness
Recently, I've noticed that whenever I drive in the right-hand lane or in a single-lane road, I have been quick to anger at slower drivers. Only when switching to the left-hand lane does the anger subside.
Could this be the long vented up anger within me coming to a boil and being released every time somebody drives slow?

Comic-Con 08
In days gone by, comic book and sci-fi nerds were stereotypically less then easy on the eyes. However, the following link will open up your eyes to just how diverse nerds and geeks alike are nowadays. Perhaps a trip to America is in order...

Breathe
Today, I walked into my local JB-HiFi and bought myself a spindle of blanks CD-R's and a couple of albums. Not something that most people would blog about.
Of course, if I did have something else to blog about, I wouldn't be blogging about buying a couple of albums. Except that the albums in question are "Human After All" by Daft Punk and "Their Law: The Singles 1990 - 2005" by The Prodigy.
Buying a Prodigy album is an especially big step for me as I used to consider them a bit too hardcore and would people would stereotype me based on the music I choose, naive as it sounds. However, I have grown up now to not care about such things. I'm self conscious enough already, if i'm still worrying about the music I listen to, I may as well just commit myself to Graylands.

Suckered
As I was getting ready for soccer training this morning, I realised that I have 2 shirts and a pair of goalie gloves which incorporate Adidas's Clima-Cool technology.
I'm a sucker for sales hype :P
